Only free, public sources: SEC EDGAR for filings (Form 4, 13D, 13G), FINRA/Nasdaq for short interest, and Yahoo Finance for price data. No paid feeds.
How fast are alerts?
Free tier has a 24-hour lag. Pro polls EDGAR every 15 minutes and pushes a Telegram message within ~15 minutes of a new filing landing.
